I’m usually brought in to figure out the idea and make it good – but only if it works for the people it’s meant to reach. What they’ll notice, what they’ll care about, what might actually cut through. As a creative, the hill I'm willing to die on is that it's not about you. It's about meeting your people where they are and shaping something that feels like it adds something to their day, not just fills a space with someting pretty.
